"Abbiamo cenato in questo Ristorante con una compagnia di circa 10 persone. Un “filetto” tipico del luogo farcito con del formaggio appenzellese. Squisiti tutti i piatti serviti, cucina saporita, fine, con ingredienti di qualità e freschi. Ottima la proposta di menu. Ambiente molto accogliente e personale molto gentile. Ritornerò con piacere. piacevole serata"

"Die Wirtsleute sind alte Schulbekannte, das ist reizvoll. Die Kuche ist einheimisch, und fein. Die Einrichtung mit von klein bis riesigen Kuhglocken ist famos. Zu den Feiertagen gibt es zusätzlich besondere Schmuck. Immer voll. Im Dezember besonders gemütlich."

"Spontanes Mittagessen im Ochsen auf der tollen Terrasse. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Bodensee und die grünen Wiesen. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker, die Pommes dazu Spitzenklasse. Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Ochsen, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Danke für die sehr nette Bewirtung."

"Wer gerne einen tollen Ausblick haben möchte ist hier goldrichtig. Saftige schöne grüne Hügel und den See dazu. Wirklich zauberhaft. Auf der Terrasse sitz man gut bei typischem Schweizer Spezialitäten. Geheimtipp der Eisbecher. Freundliches Personal und wirklich normale Preise was in der Schweiz nicht immer der Fall ist."
